Auricular Acupuncture: a form of acupuncture which focuses solely on stimulating various points of the outer ear. By stimulating these points (through the insertion of thin needles), the treatment helps brings balance to the body. The five point protocol used is particularly supportive of mental health, cravings and for those in recovery.
