Natural Nourishment for Your Face

Reflexology is an ancient Chinese holistic therapy that brings balance to the mind and body by stimulating various points, or reflexes, on the face, neck and scalp. When gentle pressure is applied, reflexology helps soothe the nervous system and bring vitality to the muscles, skin and connective tissue in these areas. Clients often fall asleep and enter a state of deep relaxation.

This 75 min treatment includes traditional reflexology, gua sha, jade roller, facial cups and acu-pen stimulation. These will be reviewed during your initial visit and you can of course tailor your treatment to include/omit any aspects. All treatments take place at the Ballyneety Hub, just outside Limerick City.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR TREATMENT

A reflexology treatment is performed with you lying down. As the treatment extends to the collar bone, you will be asked to remove your top before your treatment (keeping bra/vest on) to protect your clothing from oil. I will ensure you are comfortable in my cosy therapy space. Reflexology is deeply relaxing and helps restore and rebalance all your body systems, including your nervous system.

Products used: Soothing organic rosehip facial oil and rosewater mist by Atlantic Aromatics. (Alternative oils are available in case of sensitivities)

CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE

You may be able to claim back some or all of the cost of your treatment. Check your insurance policy and if you can, I am more than happy to issue you a receipt.
