Refund Policies for Holistic Therapies

When you book in for treatments either via the online booking system or direct contact with me, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me time to offer your appointment slot to others who may be on my wait list. Please see the outlined refund policies below.

If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your treatment time: Full refund. You are also welcome to reschedule if you notify 24+ hours before your treatment time.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund of your booking fee.

If you cancel less than an hour before your treatment or no call, no show: You will receive no refund.

Please note that these refund policies allow small businesses like mine the opportunity to thrive and continue to serve the community.
