


Mom & Baby Wellness Weeks | Three Weeks of Classes
Classes held Tuesday mornings from 10-11 am at the Ballyneety Hub (V947W13).

Mom and Baby Wellness Weeks were created to help you practice self care and promote bonding with your baby. These integrated classes include postnatal yoga, baby reflexology and a variety of tips and hints to help make this transition to new parenting easier. The gentle yin-inspired form of yoga will help you connect with your body, support your mental health and will help ease many of the common discomforts associated with early parenting. This intimate class is designed for parents/caregivers and will flow around the needs of your baby.
You are welcome to pick up, soothe, feed, walk around with and entertain your baby during class if and when needed. These wellness weeks are the perfect way to connect with others in the community in a safe, judgement-free space— where everyone is looking to prioritize movement and bonding with a baby in tow!
Each set of classes is designed to enhance your recovery, relieve stress and improve energy levels. Please note that your baby must not be crawling in order to attend class. This is to ensure you can relax and other parents do not have to worry about your baby crawling into their yoga space.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given if cancellation occurs at least one week before classes start. Following this time, partial refunds will only be provided if another person takes your place in the class.
