Sound Bath -- 26th of June
Join me at the Ballyneety Innovation Hub for a restorative sound bath.
This meditative experience, where you are “bathed” in sound waves, will give you the opportunity to disconnect from the external world and turn your focus inward. The frequencies and vibrations from the healing instruments will gently guide you into a state of deep rest.
