Pregnancy Yoga Classes + Support Cirlces

Join the next series of women’s support circles focusing on pregnancy and birth preparation. All five sessions take place at the Ballyneety Innovation Hub, just outside Limerick City.

  • Every Second Sunday, starting the 7th September, 11 am to 1 pm

No matter how far along you are in your pregnancy, coming together in community during this life-changing time is beneficial for both you and your baby. During these five Sundays, we will join in circle for support, gentle movement and antenatal education that will leave you feeling confident and prepared for birth.

You can expect serious relaxation, breath work and guided visualisation practice as part of the labour preparation. Each Sunday focuses on a different topic and you will receive helpful gifts to take away each time. See below for the detailed topics covered.

Su, fourth time mom

“I have to thank Michelle for the lovely yoga classes I attended. What got me through this labour was definitely repeating with each contraction “birth is powerful and so am I.” It was a game changer for me and I’m so grateful. Thanks so much!”

“I am so thankful I had done Michelle’s yoga classes before my birth in November. The breathing tips and techniques helped me so much to stay calm and in the zone during my c-section. And because of this it was such an amazing experience.”
